NO SAX PLEASE  is based in the Reading, Basingstoke, and Aldershot areas. The wealth of musical experience means that the band can cover many styles of music from the 50's to the present day, with enthusiasm and authenticity.  The band's musical influences include Pop, Folk, Rock, Blues and Country, ensuring that the evening is lively, soulful, rocky, tuneful, and most importantly, Varied.   The Band's aim is to provide the widest range of songs as possible, rather than concentrate on one type of music, and this has proved popular with audiences.
LYNNE fronts the band.

Lynne has sung and played guitar with many other musicians and bands throughout her musical career.  No Sax Please gives her the opportunity to show her wide vocal range and her versatility, as the songs moves through the decades, varying from rock to ballad.
Lead Guitar Man is MIKE.

Veteran guitar man of many bands in the Hampshire area, Mike brings many years of playing experience to the band, having developed his skilful technique in a variety of bands whose live performances have always been enhanced by his playing.
The human drum machine is KENNY.

As key member of the rhythm section, Kenny lays down the solid foundation of rhythm and time for the rest of the band to build on.  Kenny had over a decade of experience playing with other bands in the area.
JOHN thumps the bass.

With his solid bass lines, John is the other member of the rhythm section.  Equally at home on acoustic guitar, he adds a further dimension to the band with his vocal support for Lynne.
